And in this economy, your customers may think twice about the expense of
attending a big-city trade show. Connecticut’s nursery-greenhouse-landscape show offers two days of intimate trade show time
and quality educational programs in a nearby rustic setting at prices that are
half the cost or even less.
Both you and your customers save big. Exhibiting at the Winter Symposium makes a lot of sense.
2011 Trade Show Guidelines
•Exhibitors should set up their booths from 2:00pm-6:00pm January 11 or
8:00am-9:00am on January 12.
•Official Trade Show hours: 9:00am-3:00pm January 12, and 8:30am-3:00pm January
13.
•Exhibitor fee is $275 for each 8' space. Electrical outlets are $50 additional.
All payments to CNLA/CGGA are strictly nonrefundable. Each space includes
covered 6' table, chair, sign and complimentary registration for one person
each day. (Lunch additional $25 per day or on your own.)
•Additional exhibitor staff must be registered at the lowest rate of $30 per day
(lunches $25 additional per person per day).
•Each booth will have an 8' draped backdrop & 3' high siderails.
•Selection/assignment of booth spaces is on a first-come, first-served basis.

•Takedown: 3:00-5:00pm January 13. No booth can be disassembled before 3:00pm
January 13.
•CNLA is not responsible or liable for any loss or theft connected to the show.
Booths should be staffed throughout the day.
